At this time, we are seeking a compassionate, full time evening shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! New Graduates welcome. LPN position is available for our Assisted Living and or Skilled Nursing community.

Your Purpose
- Institute appropriate nursing intervention, which may be required to stabilize a residents condition and/or prevent complication.
- Make daily resident rounds to interview physical and emotional status, as well as to implement any required nursing interventions.
- Respond to resident and family concerns and ensure that each concern is documented, with a resolution initiated or communicated to appropriate staff.
- Coordinate admission, discharge and transfer of residents.
Qualifications
- Currently Licensed L.P.N., preferably with experience in long-term care of geriatric nursing
- Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired
