The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The potential candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative and clerical functions for the Sales Department. This person will maintain office records and files according to TLG procedures. Obtains funding for contracts. Compiles sales data and maintains accurate sales records and reports. Prepares and properly codes invoice documents for accounting department. May serve as a point of contact for customers and relays all customer inquiries and complaints to relevant departments and/or staff. Organizes and maintains all new and used truck inventory files and accounting related to inventory. Supports sales staff by meeting with customers to finalize sales and complete necessary paperwork. Communicates closely with the Accounting Manager to make sure flooring and FET are paid on new and used truck sales. Prepares necessary monthly sales reports. Assists in making sure that POs are issued correctly for new and used trucks. Oversees truck transfers to and from other stores. Process warranty registrations when needed in a timely and efficient manner. Forwards Truck deals within 3 days of sale to accounting. Through on the job training, gains knowledge of General Ledgers and other accounting principles. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Should possess a High School diploma. College degree is preferred but not required. Experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
