At Paladin Technologies Inc. we have a technology team serving our enterprise clients’ physical security and audio video needs. The Manager, Strategic Solutions and FEDGOV will be responsible for developing business, architecting and delivering complex physical security systems for key clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Business Development:
Maintain existing client relationships and actively seek new business opportunities.
Target and develop business with new clients to secure profitable relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive integrated security system adoption.
Propose and present innovative security solutions.
Track sales leads, maintain CRM records, and forecast sales.
Monitor industry trends to ensure Paladins offerings remain competitive
Technical Design and Implementation:
Conduct site surveys, network architecture design, and server loading.
Prepare detailed design documents for physical security systems.
Install, configure, and test physical security management software.
Analyze customer requirements and implement system features.
Collaborate with technicians for successful system delivery.
Provide technical support and mentorship.
Support project management and documentation.
SUPERVISORY DUTIES:
In accordance with applicable Company policies/procedures and Federal/State laws, the Manager may perform the following supervisory responsibilities: Interviewing, hiring, orienting and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Supervise, develop, evaluate, and discipline Operations Department personnel in accordance with PTI policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in Information Technology, with proven experience in designing, deploying, and supporting complex systems
Post-secondary degree or diploma from a Technology Institute in computing or electronics, or equivalent training with the armed forces.
Ability to pass varying levels of security clearance
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical data and analysis to internal and external stakeholders
Sound organizational skills, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and priority-changing environment
Ability to work independently or in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to mentor and build the technical abilities of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with remote work and participating in remote teams
Experience with the following technologies is required:
Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and SQL Server
VMware, Hyper-V or other HCI/virtualization platforms
IP networking, SD-Wan, routers/switch configurations
Backup, replication and DR concepts
Understanding of, and experience with, Physical Security system integration, including CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Intrusion or Audio Video management platforms
Devops and other advanced system delivery and support automation.
Experience with the following technologies is an asset, but not necessary:
Powershell and other scripting languages
AWS or Azure cloud computing and network environments
C#, C or other modern programming languages
Cybersecurity and system hardening
Accreditation or certification from a major network supplier such as Cisco
Pay Rate: $105 – $140k (DOE)
