Randstad is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a fantastic team in Cleveland, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facilities to ensure a safe and efficient environment for all employees and visitors. salary: $40,000 – $44,500 per year

shift: Third

work hours: 10:30 PM – 7 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Perform interior and exterior painting tasks to enhance the aesthetics of our facilities.

Repair and finish drywall, including spackling and sanding to ensure a smooth surface for painting.

Assist with the installation and maintenance of electrical lighting fixtures, ensuring all areas are well-lit and functional.

Conduct outside work, including landscaping, gardening, and grounds maintenance to keep our outdoor spaces tidy and inviting.

Sweep, clean, and maintain all areas of the facility, including common spaces, restrooms, and break rooms.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
