salary: $39,500 – $39,550 per year

shift: First

work hours: 3 PM – 11 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Mechanical/electrical set up & adjustments of equipment prior to production.

Aid in the startup of new equipment.

Maintain & repair assembly equipment per PM schedule or as needed.

Instruct assembly operators in the proper sequence & operation of equipment.

Insure all safety, failsafe & ergonomic features are functional.

Update & keep accurate records of machine programs, maintenance records, safety and

machine performance.

Continuously improve equipment to make it as safe & efficient as possible.

Support production.

Move, install & change robots & welders as instructed by engineering.

Report any deliberate misuse or abuse of equipment to the supervisor.

Program new jobs/PPAP

Understand and control weld schedules

Back up robot programs

Understand input & output and PLC communication

Suggest WERS, Safety improvements

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs
