Position Overview
Title: Platform Data Administrator – monday.com & OciusX – Drive Data Integrity and Workflow Efficiency in Utility Infrastructure
Data is at the heart of successful product delivery in the utility industry. We are seeking an exceptionally organized and data-centric Platform Administrator. This individual will spearhead the rollout, management, and optimization of our monday.com and OciusX platforms. They will be responsible for ensuring data integrity across platforms and aligning key data schemas with core business structures, such as profit centers, cost centers, project numbers, markets, and more.
This role will be highly collaborative working closely with Technical and Operations teams to design and update workflows, reports, & dashboards to modernize and migrate project management workflows to more robust platforms, enabling operations to make better data-driven decisions.

Job Duties
Platform Administration & Data Governance:
Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations for both monday.com and OciusX.
Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation.
Data Integration & Alignment:
Aligning monday.com and OciusX by mapping key data points to align with core business structures.
Design and implement data validation rules to maintain data integrity during configurations.
Workflow Design & Automation:
Collaborate with project managers to transition project tracking from old systems to monday.com and OciusX.
Help design, implement, and automate workflows within monday.com to streamline project management processes and improve collaboration.
Technical Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with the OciusX and technical services implementation team to integrate client data pipelines, ensuring scalability.
Provide ongoing user training and support for both monday.com and OciusX, addressing data-related questions and issues and schema changes.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
Be effective at utilizing the built-in reporting capabilities of both platforms to help operations create key reports to monitor project progress, resource allocation, and other crucial performance indicators.
Analyze platform usage data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for further optimization.
Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of experience administering either monday.com or OciusX platforms.
Strong understanding of data governance principles, best practices, and data management techniques.
Hands-on experience working with Core business structures (profit centers, cost centers, projects, markets).
Familiarity with data integration concepts and strategies
Industry Experience & Soft Skills:
Experience in at least one of Davey Asset Managements key markets: Utility Engineering, Field Services & Inspection for Utility Companies or Utility Infrastructure Reliability Services, and Communications Construction.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively in a technical environment.
Excellent time management skills
Self Starter
Comfortable with being people-facing. This is not a behind-the-scenes role.
