Job Title: Electrical Crew Supervisor
Job Description
The person will oversee a crew of tenured electricians, including journeyman and apprentice levels, for commercial and industrial installs. Each project typically requires 2-3 days for rough/finish electrical work. The role involves both new construction and service work for current clients and companies. Candidates must be able to read blueprints and possess a good working knowledge of relevant electric codes.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in BARABOO, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
The company covers a 60-mile radius around Baraboo, WI. Candidates may drive directly to job sites or meet at the shop. After going direct, there is potential to bring a company vehicle home, contingent on a motor vehicle check and drivers license screen. The majority of work is in commercial or industrial settings, with occasional work in medical settings. Industries served include grocery stores, retail, office buildings, schools, city/townships, counties, churches, hospitals, and clinics. Normal working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with variations depending on the project and commute. Pay starts between $28-35 per hour, depending on tenure, skills, experience, and certifications. This is an open conversation during the interview process.
