Job Title: Controls EngineerJob Description
We are seeking a Controls Engineer, Automation, for a 6 month contract with potential for hire. You will support internal equipment, which will be installed and commissioned at other sites in California and Nevada. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of Controls Engineering experience specific to custom automated equipment. Experience with Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley PLC programming, HMI development, and exposure to AutoCAD Electrical schematic design (nice to have) is required. Additionally, experience with Robotics programming (Fanuc) is essential. Regular floor work to troubleshoot equipment is expected, along with occasional travel (10%) for installation and commissioning.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
Work Environment
The Brooklyn Park site builds custom equipment for manufacturing sites. The team comprises approximately 20-25 Controls Engineers, along with Electrical design/drafting and Mechanical Engineering staff. Regular floor troubleshooting and occasional travel (10%) to other sites for installation and commissioning are required.
