What’s a typical day as a Remediation Project Manager? You’ll be:
• Acting as the primary point of contact for all communication and approvals regarding resource allocation and account scheduling
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of a Master Schedule to facilitate coordinated scheduling
• Creating, communicating, and managing detailed plans with Customer Accounts
• Managing resource allocations for account scheduling
• Co-managing assigned resources and providing ongoing management of timelines and resource logistics
• Coordinating the return of affected devices to a Company location when necessary
• Providing a forecast of Customer Account scheduling targets
• Documenting account statuses and providing quality records
• Implementing various business process improvement and automation initiatives
• Facilitating 3rd party resource training
• Reviewing/auditing documentation and supporting reconciliation of project records
• Ensuring compliance of projects to applicable laws, regulations, standards, good business practices, and company procedures
• Demonstrating strong customer-centric communication skills to support project completion with minimal customer impact
• Utilizing computer skills such as MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word
Key Internal and External Relationships
All colleagues within Company including senior management
Contracted Field service engineers, Project Managers, and Data Entry Clerks
Customer representatives in Hospital Management including but not limited to Materials Management, Biomedical Engineering, and Clinical
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 4 years of project management experience
• Hold a university/college degree (BA) preferred
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have experience in the medical device industry (preferred)
• Excel in customer service
• Are a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess negotiation and collaboration skills
