TEMPORARY – LOCATED IN HURON, SD – Seeking an Administrative Assistant for an 8 week period responsible for a range of tasks including operating accounting software to manage and analyze data, handling phone calls, creating work orders, verifying costs, matching packing slips with invoices, and entering change orders. The role involves tracking service jobs, preparing correspondence, managing freight claims, performing collections, and ensuring timely completion of monthly processing. Additional duties include assisting with purchase orders, customer service, maintaining project documentation, and performing general office tasks such as filing and ordering supplies. Candidates should possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, along with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. An Associates degree or equivalent experience is required.
