Job Description

Setup and operate 300-ton Arburg injection mold machines. Adjust and monitor pressure, feed rates, and temperatures. Perform quality inspections for flash, shorts, and deformations. Ensure on-time completion, quality, and cost targets associated with the implementation of new injection mold machines setup and operation. Create procedures, work instructions, and protocols as required. Improve productivity and reduce scrap/reject rates through automation, tool/process improvements, effective training of production personnel, and process enhancements. This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Elgin, Illinois.

Work Environment

Current position is open on second 2 pm – 10:30 pm or third shift 10:30 pm to 7:00 am. Need to be comfortable working on the first shift for 2-3 months until comfortable (7:00 am – 3:30 pm).
