PLANT ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
SCHEDULE: Part-time – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7am-4pm (3 days per week with flexibility to adjust as needed)
Personal or supplier issued laptop required for this role.
OVERVIEW: Our Geneva, IL Plant is our newest addition to our North America plant network. To increase capacity and keep pace with the growing consumer demand for the products, client is making a significant investment to expand capacity for our beloved Fruit brands (Gusher and Fruit by the Foot). We transitioned operational ownership from our external supply chain to the client in Janurary 2024 and will continue making Betty Crocker desserts at the plant. After startup of Fruit, the plant will have 400 employees and support both with MBS and Snacks Operating units with just under 500,000 sq ft of production and warehouse space. The Plant Admin will play an integral role coordinating plant-wide activities and events, supporting hiring and orientation, along with supporting additional plant or HR processes. Role will provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and HR Manager and their departments. This position reports directly to the HR Manager. Core hours are expected to be from 7am to 4pm, Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday. Flexibility to adjust days worked as needed.
