Title: Investment Administrative Assistant

Reports To: VP Investment Representative
SUMMARY
The position of Investment Administrative Assistant is responsible for
assisting the VP Investment Representative with day to day operation. In
addition the AA assures compliance with all SVB policies and procedures,
as well as, all applicable state and federal banking and investment
regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1. Provides administrative and general clerical support for servicing
and assistance as needed. Including new accounts, filing, paperwork
finalization, etc.
2. Processes and resolves general customer transactions, problems or
inquiries. Assists with document follow-up.
3. Operates computer to process account activity, determine balances,
research and resolve problems within given authority.
4. Composes, prepares and issues correspondence such as internal
memorandums and letters to customers. Tabulates and posts data in
files and record books; sets up and maintains a variety of central
files and journals. Gathers data and process various reports and
callbacks.
5. Works in conjunction with MSTC in maintaining a positive working
relationship
6. Preparing and scheduling annual client reviews
7. Managing outlook calendar and email
8. SIE designation required

The position of Investment Administrative Assistant performs duties
specific to the position and other functions as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
The position of Investment Administrative Assistant is not responsible
for the supervision of any employee(s).
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
The environment for this position is an open office that is mostly clean
and comfortable. It may include some minor annoyances such as noise,
odors, drafts, etc. The incumbent is in a non-confined office-type
setting in which he or she is free to move about at will.
The incumbent in the course of performing this position spends time
writing, typing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 30 pounds),
carrying, seeing (such as close, color and peripheral vision, depth
perception and adjusted focus), sitting, pulling, walking, standing,
squatting, kneeling and reaching.

MENTAL DEMANDS
The incumbent in this position must be able to accommodate to reading
documents or instruments, detailed work, problem solving, customer
