Pay : $18/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday (no weekends!)

Placement type: 3 month contract with potential for growth!

Description:

In this contingent resource assignment you may: Support Escalations seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures. Perform routine transactional or customer support tasks. Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues. Interact with client personnel on basic information.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: 6 months of Customer Service Financial Services Underwriting or Quality Assurance support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education.
