Asphalt Laborer

Aerotek is hiring for Asphalt Laborers in the Syracuse, NY area!

Pay: $20.00

– $24.00 hourly based on experience

Shift: 7:00AM

– 3:30PM

Location: Syracuse, NY

Start date: ASAP!

Description:

Laborers will be responsible for preparing the worksite for the application of asphalt.

Work will consist of commercial and industrial site locations.

Understanding and executing paving procedures based on specifications to each individual project.

Assist in the pouring, smoothing, and setting of asphalt for parking lots.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience working on projects utilizing asphalt either commercially or residentially.

OSHA 10 preferred and needed after hire.

Experience using hand tools including rakes and power tools such as jack hammers.

Valid drivers license to commute to and from projects.
