Job Title: Associate Director of OperationsReports to: Program DirectorMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, OR Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, with two years experience teaching and two years experience supervising staff with an educational plan to complete an Administrators Credential or Bachelors Degree in ECE. Experience with Quickbooks, Excel and Brightwheel is preferred.Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Operations to lead our overall day-to-day operations of a high quality Early Care and Learning Program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in personnel, finances and budget monitoring within an Early Care and Learning Program. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, direct experience working with children and families while balancing the expectations of standards and regulations of Early Childhood Programs.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals including but not limited to monitoring the budget, collecting fees, fundraising, grants, payroll and benefits.Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for growth.Manage and oversee vendor relationships to optimize service delivery.Collaborate with Program Director to develop long-term strategies for growth and sustainability.Provide mentorship and guidance to classroom teams, promoting professional development and leadership skills.Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of staff with an ongoing plan for staff development.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood preferred, ORAssociates in Early Childhood AND two years of experience supervising staff with a plan to earn a Bachelors Degree or Administrators Credential.Extensive experience in operations management, with a focus Early Childhood Program.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes.Supervising experience: 2 years (Required)Leadership: 2 years (Required)

Minimum Salary: 60,000.00
Maximum Salary: 65,000.00
Salary Unit: Yearly
