Job Description

Insight Global is looking to add a Continuous Process Improvement Analyst to the team sitting out of Fort Belvoir, in support of a Federal client. The CPI Analyst will be responsible for the following:

Define, refine, and resolve disputes, disagreements, and divergent views;

Lead or facilitate group briefings and discussions, enabling focused decision-making, and issue resolution using a variety of improvement methodologies;

Perform analytic and administrative duties related to project execution and implementation of recommendations;

Provide modeling, simulation, and other applicable approaches to support a robust approach to improving processes;

Record discussion content and related facilitation support services with supporting reports; and

Coach Government Personnel through project execution at the Green Belt and Black Belt level or equivalent in other methodologies throughout the life of their project(s)

Provide coaching to DLA and project leadership;

Maintain and utilize CAPER as the authoritative source for CPI projects;

Skills and Requirements

-Must have at 5 years of experience with continuous process improvement

-Must have at least a BA/BS and a valid/recognized third party Lean Sensei or Black Belt LSS certification that required project execution demonstration.

-Must have Lean and/or LSS experience including the completion of projects with measurable results. Have at least three (3) years coaching managers, supervisors and employees to develop and shape projects and develop Lean, Agile Project Management (excludes Software Development), HCD, and/or LSS capabilities. -cyber security experience null
