growth strategy through the addition of new hotels to our ever-growing portfolio! As an Administrative Assistant, reporting to Vice President Development Northwest (NW) Region, you will assist the team with the Development Authority (DA) process and Investment Committee (IC) material, including assembling and circulating documentation for Senior Leadership reports. You will coordinate and help prepare projects and deliverables for several departments, including Feasibility and Market Analysis, Architecture and Construction, Brands, and Legal.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Draft and prepare memorandums and business correspondence ensuring the accuracy of all documents provided specifically related to the franchise application process and franchise documentation
Create presentations for internal and external team meetings
Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly departmental special reports
Compile data into spreadsheets utilizing internal databases: O2O, OnQ Insider, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Salesforce
Understand franchise fundamentals, including the issuance of FDD, handling tortious interference letters, and maintaining confidentiality regarding owner information
Ensure all daily operational responsibilities are completed smoothly

How you will collaborate with others:

Be the liaison between development and various departments related to the franchise approval process
Help coordinate internal and external department activities including team meetings, and regional conferences
Work directly with owners and developers on unique projects such as Multi-Unit Deals, research on hotel ownership and potential conversions in the region
Communicate with external owners and regional developers to ensure smooth processing and status updates of their franchise applications

You have these minimum qualifications:

Two (2) years administrative experience
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Proficient in Salesforce.com
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat

It would be useful if you have:

Familiarity with Photoshop, Concur, MicroStrategy and Tableau
Prior experience in the hospitality industry
