ManTech is seeking an Audio/Video Technician to support our Marine Corps Intelligence Activity contract on MCB Quantico.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Configure and manage the audiovisual equipment in support of wargame events Ability to access and display data as well as systems at all the classification levels within appropriate spaces across the facility and to distributed participants, as necessary Support scheduling and running video teleconference sessions from the Unclassified to the TS/SCI classification level Be responsible for operating audiovisual equipment and technology that provides visualizations for a wargame, including developing multimedia products for the wargame, such as Road to War videos Provide audiovisual expertise or the production team who is most focused on the effective, high-quality operation of the AV systems and technology Maintain, troubleshoot, patch, and improve audio, video, as well as lighting systems. Choose the systems that are right for the wargame Prepare and position audio, video and lighting equipment for broadcasts and recordings Connect, tune, and configure the audiovisual setups to ensure high-quality broadcasting Maintain the configuration and security profiles of the audiovisual control matrix to manage the feeds between spaces and rooms based on classification level assignments Operate software to control audiovisual technologies Monitor the live feeds to ensure quality Find effective means to store and transport audiovisual equipment as needed Establish an information technology and audiovisual collaborative website, using Government provided web hosting applications, for synthesizing knowledge gained from wargame finding with tactics, techniques and procedures as well as enabling technologies Other duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications: This position requires an active DoD TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain a SAP Clearance and may require a CI Poly Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years experience. 8 years total experience without a degree Must be able to interact with, extract, and translate customer requirements into working solutions Familiarity with Microsoft technologies to include virtual machines Tier II phone support of reported customer incidents supporting network connections, conference room video systems, and VoIP phones Provide End User support, to include in-room and external network support with graphical user interface access and operability; troubleshooting, scheduling and administering video teleconferences Provide maintenance, to include powering on devices, inspecting/connecting cabling, confirming system availability Conduct integration and configuration of existing VTC hardware, including application of security controls; operations and management support to the network infrastructure that underlies the VTC platform Patch and firmware upgrades, break/fix support and daily operations and management support, including onsite assistance for special events Remote and on-site support of preventive maintenance checks and services Coordinate and implement scheduling, recording and teleconferencing sessions as required Resolve scheduling and technical conflicts when they arise Documentation and reporting of all associated maintenance activities Develop and provide training to end users on the various systems in use when not supporting meetings Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications: Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security CE or equivalent) Experience in Window systems and servers in secure environments Knowledge of systems development lifecycle, systems engineering principles, network/systems design and implementation, DoD 5000, and virtualization Experience using SharePoint, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Project Familiarity with Active Directory/DNS/Group Policy Working knowledge of network, hardware, and application virtualization Basic understanding of Networking (IP Addresses and Classifications) Scripting experience (PowerShell, JavaScript, python, etc.) Experience with Virtual Desktop Solutions Experience using Solarwinds Experience using HyperV Knowledge of CMMI, ISO 9000 and/or AGILE Prior military information technology or intelligence experience a plus Working knowledge of DoD STIGs related to the applicable technologies and how to implement, mitigate, and write POAM statements Previous experience supporting a Government and/or Department of Defense customerClearance Requirements: This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearancePhysical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
