We intentionally created and sustain our ITC culture that embraces change, experimentation, continuous learning, and improvement. We bring our design thinking problem-solving approach that challenges assumptions, prioritizes curiosity, and invites complexity to deliver innovative, efficient, and practical solutions. As we continue to grow in the support of our government customers, we are looking for driven and innovative individuals to join our team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Process Analyst to manage and maintain our corporate ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001) and CMMI ML3 certifications. The ideal candidate will write, maintain, and improve enterprise process documentation and improvement efforts while driving internal projects toward achieving CMMI high maturity levels (CMMI 4/5). A key focus of this role is to ensure that processes are streamlined and effective, with the goal of making the processes work for the organization, rather than burdening it with unnecessary complexity.

Location: This position will be performed primarily in a remote working environment, but candidates will be required to attend as needed meetings located at our HQ location in Vienna, VA.

ISO Certification Management: Oversee the management and ongoing maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 certifications, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and continuous improvement of quality management systems.

CMMI Certification Management: Maintain and support the organization’s CMMI ML3 certifications and lead efforts to drive processes toward high maturity levels, including ongoing assessments and audits.

Process Documentation & Improvement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to document and improve internal processes, focusing on creating lean, efficient workflows that enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies.

Project Management: Lead internal projects to improve process maturity in accordance with CMMI high maturity level standards. Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

Audit Preparation & Support: Prepare for and support internal and external audits for both ISO and CMMI certifications. Maintain audit readiness and documentation.

Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for staff on ISO and CMMI processes to ensure awareness and adherence across the organization.

Process Streamlining/Automation: Continuously assess and refine business processes to ensure they add value and do not create unnecessary complexity, adhering to the principle of “making the process work for us.” Review all processes and work with system owners to address and implement opportunities to automate manual processes.

Collaboration: Work with process and system owners and other stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Metrics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on process performance metrics, ensuring that improvements are quantifiable and contribute to overall business efficiency. Work with the Quality/Performance Management Director to implement and manage streamlined metrics collection and dashboard use.
