Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Assurance Engineer to join our team onsite in Norfolk, Virginia.Job Summary: In this role you will support our US Navy customer with RMF package development and maintaining compliance throughout the RMF lifecycleResponsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop cybersecurity best practices, plans and procedures to support assessment & authorization (A&A) efforts for Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN) enclaves and systems. Provide hardware and software configuration baseline updates for NETTN enclaves systems as well as Navy Training Baseline (NTB) software configuration deliveries. Work with RMF Package escalation process and procedures. Work with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) plan of action and milestones (POA&Ms) for ongoing and closed findings.Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing and supporting a Large US Navy program or twelve (12) years of experience in leu of degree. Experience working with Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), Risk Management Framework (RMF), National Institute Standards and Technology (NIST), and other federal guidelines. Experience in Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) requirements with current baseline (ex. CompTIA Sec, CISSP, CASP) and Computing Environment/Operating System (CE/OS) certifications. DoD Information Assurance Technician (IAT)-I level Certification. Ability to travel in CONUS as needed up to Up to 25%Preferred Qualifications: Experience utilizing assessment tools (e.g., ACAS, SCAP, HBSS) and RMF process tools (e.g., MCCAST, eMASS, eArcher, VRAM and DITPR-DON/DADMS) preferred. CISSP certificationsClearance Requirements: Must be a US citizenship with an active Secret clearancePhysical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
