Maintenance Technician

System One has an immediate need for a Maintenance Technician in Christiansburg, VA. This is a part time, contract position working Monday-Friday, 7am-1pm (subject to change).

The Maintenance Technician role is about maintaining and improving the integrity and safety of company facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and janitorial tasks. Other associated tasks include, but are not limited to, regular safety inspections, equipment operation, and coordinating with service providers and contractors.

Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-1 year of related experience.

Welding experience, formal training, and/or certifications a plus.

Experience with Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Carpentry and Plumbing tasks is strongly desired.
