Case Manager

Qualifications: Two Case Managers are needed at a facility in Walker, WV. Bachelors Degree in a Social Services Field is required. Certification is preferred but not required. No experience required. A drivers license is preferred but not required but must be on time at work shift start. Drug and background check will be completed if hired. Will be required to meet indivually with 12 – 13 clients per week one on one. Must be professional and work with clients on resources available, goal planning, and setting boundaries, etc. Must be extremely detailed in maintaining records on each client, etc. Description: Full-time work hours are from 8am – 4pm or 8:30am – 4:30pm. Flexible. Must be available some weekends and/or holidays periodically. Evaluation after three months and then once per year. Pay rate begins between $17.00 – $19.00 depending on experience. All will be thoroughly discussed at interview.
