Help Desk Technician

Description:
Our client is hiring two help desk technicians to join their current team on a 6month contract to hire opportunity. The help desk team is the first level of support for their 300 end users. The help desk team assists with issues ranging from troubleshooting O365, phone support/set-up, workstation set-up, setting up user accounts, MFA (multi-factor authentication), etc. There are about 100-125 tickets per person per month (not including walk-in tickets). The ideal candidate will have experience with web-based ticketing systems like Genuity and remote access tools like ConnectWise.
Preferred certifications include A and Network, Cisco certifications are a plus. (preferred cert: CompTIA).
