What Youll Do:

Standard documentation for use within the division and client engagement.

Coordinates and manages all cross-team activities, including but not limited to: Project level tasking – assignments, due dates, and quality of deliverables.

Support regional director’s engagement portfolio, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and quality control. Raise project concerns or risks to management, as necessary, while meeting with clients for project pre-bids and status meeting and communicate with clients and vendors daily.

Incorporates leads, contacts, and lists into an organized database, while forecasting costs and sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Qualifications:

AA/AS in Computer Science, GIS, Geology, or related discipline preferred or 1-4 years’ experience with GIS and Fiber Optics/Telecommunications.

Experience in Telecommunications/Broadband preferred.
