This Position is for an Industrial Maintenance and Repair Technician with a work location in Hernando, MS.

Industrial Maintenance and Repair Tech Summary

Maintenance support for Company asphalt plants, Company wash plants and rolling stock.

Industrial Maintenance and Repair Tech Responsibilities

Welding using oxygen acetylene, Stick and Mig

Layout and cut steel using oxygen acetylene cutting torch

Fabricate and weld various parts of asphalt and wash plants

Safe usage of shop equipment, including shear, break press, punch press and radial saw

Safe usage of fabrication shop forklifts

Rebuild/ repair gearboxes, pumps and cylinders

Share in company core values of humility, relationships, continuous improvement and stewardship

Industrial Maintenance and Repair Tech Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, required

Valid drivers license, with good driving record

Have reliable transportation

Minimum 3 years experience in all position welding

Minimum 2 years experience in steel fabrication

Working knowledge of pumps, gearboxes and cylinders

Ability to work: days, swing shifts, nights or extra hours as needed

Ability to commute and work in Hernando, MS

Work Conditions

Primarily inside shop work, exposures consistent with welding environment

Plant site work, as needed

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
