GES Execution Coordinator

Job Description
Overview
The GES Execution Administrator is responsible for performing all tasks
to ensure the sites daily GES processes and investigations are completed
to support execution across our service area. This role will perform
daily/weekly Fill rate tasks, work closely with transportation on
coordinating field undelivered inventory, backfill for BP/AVS and ensure
all service actions are taken to meet the GES customers needs. This
position will play a key role in GES change planning and resolving
dynamic GES business challenges along with daily performance tracking,
communication with all distribution teams. Support Core or vend issue
resolution.

Responsibilities
GES Peaking Strategy lead for Holiday builds.
Address any Service/Sales issues and/or questions.
Daily GES Fill Rate Gap analysis
Weekly sales forecast projection and updates
Sales field adjustments and PEC visits, accuracy point person and ASN
support
SLM/Sales HH prompt sequencing
Partnership with MBS team on any order investigations and action
planning
Hot Shot/Bypass/ Void fill or Out of Stock coordination
Lead Jonesboro Daily Fill Rate Deep Dive – Prepare info and follow up
with owners
Task flexibility and other duties as assigned by manager.
Backfill for Inventory Supply lead
Backfill for BP AVS/CLO execution.

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between
$33,300 – $53,100 based on a full-time schedule.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be
considered in setting actual starting salary.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,
vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities preferred but not required:
Strong system skill set in SAP or ability develop skill set
General knowledge in FLNA Systems- ICS, DRP, Business Objects, and
ISCP Tools
Key understanding of Order processing and Customer Service
Basic Understanding of Warehouse Departments and operation
Basic knowledge of SCO, WHSE and Transportation Departments
Strong analytic skills – Prioritizations & planning, etc.
Clear Communication Skills by Email, Phone, In Person – This role
will deal with Internal and External sources
Computer/Office Skills: Windows, Excel, Email, etc.
Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to
develop/make trade off decisions quickly
Ability to work with minimal supervision, independently complete
tasks, resolve issues, and give/receive feedback at all levels across
the site.
Demonstrated ability in time management, organizational skills, and
on-time task execution
Ability to work in a results oriented, face paced, and challenging
environment
Must hold strong follow up skills and embrace top level service
environment

Physical Requirements
Frequent standing and walking
Sitting occasionally to frequent
Lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally
Must be able to see (depth perception, near acuity and far acuity)
and hear
Must be able to maneuver safely around moving equipment and/or in
congested manufacturing areas
Must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures (hot and/or cold
depending upon season and plant location)
Must pass a drug screen and background investigation
Must be able to w ar personal protective equipment: safety glasses,
ear protection, steel toed shoes, rubber gloves/boots, etc
Exposed to various packaging materials, raw ingredients, seasonings,
cleaning chemicals, lubricants, etc.
