Radiology Scheduler for a well known hospital in CO

Compensation and Schedule Details:

Starting Pay: $20/hour (negotiable)

Training: 1st day on site for training. Hours during training may vary.

Shift after training will be fully remote between M-F 8:15am-5pm

Location: Aurora, CO – Candidates must live within 2 hours of location

A Day in the Role:

Handle high volume of inbound calls.

Help our clients schedule radiology appointments to their nearest location.

Quickly build rapport and respond to plan participants in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations by responding in respectful, accurate and timely manner.

Role Requirements:

Must have 1 year of call center experience AND scheduling experience.

Must have at least a high school diploma

Microsoft Words, Outlook, Excel proficiency

Comfortable with speaking with customers over the phone and have a positive mental attitude.
