Randstad, the largest staffing firm in the world, is hiring a Recruitment Assistant to support our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division. This role will support a busy office, where we interview and hire candidates, supporting a team of recruiters. This person will be responsible for entering information into our computer systems, following through with candidates, and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed. We are also looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills.

salary: $24 – $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

– Answer phone calls and emails in a busy office

– Support recruitment efforts by entering information into our computer database

– Help Support recruitment and hiring efforts

– Completion of hiring documentation for candidates

– Help current employees with any HR issues that may arise

– Customer service to our customer and workers

– Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent
