About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager.

In this role, you will:

Manage the TRDR Cyber Resiliency Program project enablers, who document the exercises and conduct evidence collection and validation, update templates, ensure initial and continuing training of enablers, create job aids and other enterprise documentation to promote continuity, etc., or project facilitators, who take the runbooks from the Cyber COE and application teams and coordinate directly with Technology Infrastructure teams to input the TI support under app actions to ensure Runbook is robust and accurate.

Facilitate exercises using the runbooks and coordinating closely with enablers to ensure documentation is complete and thorough.

Support the implementation of a multi-year Cyber Resiliency exercise and testing program that provides the company with the sufficient opportunity to assess enterprise cyber resilience in a comprehensive end-to-end manner

Direct and maintain sound cyber resiliency governance program, processes, policies, procedures, and best practices for enterprise exercises and testing

Reinforce the establishment of the enterprise exercise framework and monitor compliance of enterprise-wide testing related to Enterprise Cyber Resiliency

Play a critical role in transforming the cyber resiliency of the businesses and functions by evaluating capabilities, identifying weaknesses, and providing guidance on potential improvements

Engage in dialogue with application and technology support leaders to ensure awareness of deficits in existing cyber resiliency plans and capabilities and the improvements required

Support the participation of leadership and lines of businesses in exercises and compliance with testing

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies

Direct and execute on exercises on behalf of Enterprise Resiliency

Work closely with CIO, Disaster Recovery, Technology Resiliency, and Cyber leadership teams to identify needs, gain support, and prioritize projects for exercising, documentation, technology, and other requirements

Required Qualifications:

4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

2 years Leadership experience

4 years of Technology experience

4 years of Business systems analysis experience, project management experience or a combination of both

3 years of Business Continuity (BC) Planning/IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Experience

3 years of demonstrated experience with people development skills to hire, coach, develop, and mentoring team members

Strong demonstrated experience in Business Continuity Planning processes and background in Cyber Resiliency activities

Desired Qualifications:

Strong experience delivering results in a fast-paced, highly regulated, deadline driven environment

Solid analytical skills including analyzing complex data

Advanced understanding of Agile principles like iterations, sprints, user stories, and backlogs.

Experience working in an Agile team environment using Jira

Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with business partners to gain commitment to accomplish business goals

Experience managing multiple medium to large sized technology development efforts within a major line of business

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel deliverables to completion within deadlines, and experience with communicating progress to senior leadership

Experience and success with obtaining buy-in from clients to engage and prioritize work

Very strong technical knowledge with respect to tech stack/application architecture.

Experience with working with a large global organization

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Experience working with Service Now or equivalent

Experience working with Microsoft Teams or equivalent

Windows, Linux Server OS, Network & routing topology, & IT Support fundamentals

Physical and virtual server technology fundamentals

Experience working with Cloud technologies

Advance Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Project management skills

Knowledge of NIST 800-160

Experience with Bare Metal Restore/Clean Rebuild

Job Expectations:

Ability to occasionally work outside of regular business hour

Willingness to work on-site at stated location in a Hybrid flex model

Pay Range:

New York, NY – Pay Range: 115,900.00 – 206,100.00 USD Annually

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 – $206,100.00
