We will be hosting an IN-PERSON Seasonal Hiring Event to fill Customer Service Representitve roles at our

Fort Lauderdale International Airport Rental Car Center .

We are hiring for seasonal positions that will be from December 1 2024- April 30 2025 .

THIS IS A FULL TIME SEASONAL POSITION 40 hours per week

Pay is $16.50 /hr

Apart from religious observations, must be available to work the schedules below

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday:5:30pm-2am

Thursday:5:30pm-2am

Friday:5:30pm-2am

Saturday:5:30pm-2am

Sunday:5:30pm-2am

What you Need to bring : Resume

Responsibilities

Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone

Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner

Initiate rental contract based on customer reservations or on-the-spot need

Provide directions and general assistance

Assist to assess condition of rental upon return

Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions

Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services

May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment

Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance

Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience

Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years

No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English

Must be willing to accept $16.50/hour

Apart from religious observations, must be available to work listed schedule

This is a seasonal position, must be willing to work during the seasonal period only December 1 2024- April 30 2025
