Olsten staffing is assisting a well-established company in the Florence SC area in the search for an Accounts Receivable Accountant. This will be a 90 day contract.
Hours:
Monday-Friday
8AM-5PM
Pay rate:
$25-$30 an hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
Reconcile accounts receivable accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain accounts receivable reports for management.
Collaborate with internal teams to address billing inquiries and improve processes.
Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
MUST have 5 years experience in the accounting industry

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
