Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the newly built, state of the art, KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 sq/ft of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500 seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences.

The Lobby Experience Host will provide a genuine welcome experience to participants as they arrive at the facility. Lobby Experience Hosts will be responsible for the check–in and checkout process (including printing and delivering badges) and quickly and efficiently managing the participant’s luggage. Hosts will be delivering and placing badges and amenities in guest rooms when needed as well as the responsibility of valet parking and the operation of the company vehicle. The Lobby Experience Host will also be accountable for The Store operations, sales and month-end inventory. The idea candidate will maintain a comprehensive understanding of the facility to clearly answer participant inquiries and working closely with the facility Housekeeping team to ensure a seamless participant guestroom experience. They will also oversee the PBX operations includingincoming calls and providing guidance to participants over the phone. The ideal candidate for this position will possess refined communication skills, both verbal and written, and will work tirelessly to provide an unforgettable participant experience during all phases of their stay on property.

Qualifications:

Previous luxury full service front office or guest service experience in a similar setting is preferred

Refined oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and business partners

The ideal candidate of this position will posses the ability to adapt to various situations as they arise and display empathy in all interactions with both colleagues and participants

Candidates must be energetic and thrive to connect with others in delivering unparalleled service

Candidates must have a valid state issued drivers license and be willing to undergo a background check including their Motor Vehicle Report
