Lead Guides and Assistant Guides

Who we are looking for:

– Must be willing to inspire and nurture our children in a loving and kind environment to becomelifelong learners through the Montessori philosophy.
– Good communication skills, positive attitude, adaptable and coachable, eager to learn, joyful withchildren.
– Document student progressions with notes and photos using the parent communication app,

Brightwheel.

– Engage children during drop off and/or pick up, and all throughout the day.
– Ensure that the environment is set up for safety and success, and restored after work periods.
– Abide by state licensing guidelines and complete required trainings.
– Make sure surfaces, toys, and restrooms are sanitized and orderly.

At least 1 year of experience in the field of education or early childhood development is required.

Schedule: Hours available from 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

Education: High school diploma
Experience: Early childhood experience in daycare or Montessori-inspired environment
License/Certification: DPR Certification (Preferred)
