Job Description

The Business Financial Support team is looking for someone at the Analyst level to fill this newly created role on the team. Qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and other products (Word, Outlook), ability to work with internal and external customers to resolve settlement-related questions and issues, accounting/finance experience, and payments industry experience (preferred).

Role:

• Processing adjustments in various systems.

• Researching and responding to customer support inquiries.

• Assist in reconciliation process.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Hard Skills

Intermediate Excel Skills

Accounting or Finance experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Soft Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to analyze problems and offer solutions

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Self-motivated and a good team player
