ABOUT CASCADE:

Cascade Community Healthcare (CCH) has been providing treatment services to Lewis County and surrounding areas for more than 50 years. Our mission is to provide our clients with compassionate and encouraging counseling leading to a renewed sense of hope and the ability to make positive changes and live more satisfying lives. Cascade currently has six treatment locations in Lewis County.

 

We are looking for a Clinical Manager for our Mobile Crisis Team (MCT).

 

PAY SCALE:

$78,500 – $95,000 DOE, Credentials

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE:

– Masters Degree in Social/Behavioral Sciences and experience in the mental health services and treatment of adults, children and families is required.
– Crisis experience preferred.

– Washington State Department of Health Credential Required (LMHCA, LiCSWA, LMFTA), or be fully licensed.

– Supervisory and administrative experience is preferred.
– Licensed Washington State Counselor preferred; certification required.
– Must complete 15-hours of clinical supervision training per WA State requirements.
– Must be able to pass WA State Patrol background check, a national background check may be required.
– Must be able to obtain clearance to the Lewis County Jail.
– Must have a valid drivers license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.

– Must be able to gain access to all types of buildings and residences regardless of the structures handicapped accessibility or lack thereof.
– Must maintain current home telephone and address on file with the personnel office.

– Must comply with agency policies and procedures.

 

WHAT YOULL DO:

– On call 24/7 for MCT questions and crisis calls.
– Maintains staff schedules ensuring 24/7/365 coverage.
– Covers vacant MCT shifts if other coverage is not available.
– Participates in staff recruitment as directed by supervisor.
– Assure that staff are trained in proper techniques to safely provide quality mobile crisis services and to complete clinical documentation.
– Participates in the recruitment process for assigned team(s). 
– Provide community partners with education around MCT program.
– Reviews timesheets and leave requests for MCT staff. Makes edits to timesheets as necessary — approve timesheets as directed by supervisor.
– Program development and coordination of care with other Cascade programs.
– Facilitates communication between managers and staff.
– Leads and participates in staff meetings as scheduled.
– Represents the agency in coordinating services with other community providers. Also attends community meetings.
– Ensures program compliance requirements are being met.
– Provide crisis services (within scope of credential) as necessary.
– Maintains records, reports and documentation in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
– Participates in supervision, consultation and training at the direction of the supervisor.
– Address concerns and conflict of MCT consumers and or the community interacting with MCT services at the direction of the supervisor.
– Reviews Cascade contracts; applies and enforces contract requirements with applicable services/programs.
– Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
