PeaceHealth is seeking a Program Director Clinical Analytics for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $58.88 – $88.32. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
Responsible for direct oversight and management of system-wide Clinical Analytic solutions across the health system. In collaboration with System Director and Leadership, directs the strategic development and integration of system-wide analytic portfolios, programs, initiatives, and projects teams across the system in support of clinical and operational improvements in the system standardization, efficiency, effectiveness, and experience of patient care. Directs and leads the development of complex analytical solutions, programs, and projects in areas included within the Clinical Analytics portfolio. The Director will works with a diverse group of caregivers, physicians, and leaders across multiple divisions to successfully develop requirements and implement robust data analytic strategies, while providing leadership and day-to-day support for all aspects of assigned programs and portfolios.
Details of the Position:
Provides strategic direction and leadership of clinical analytic solutions.
Directs teams to design products with agreement and support of both System and Network key stakeholders, while coordinating work plans and timely completion of deliverables
Expert in analytic program management, data collection methodologies, measurement development, interpretation, data validation and integrity, analysis, statistical process control, and data story presentation.
Independently organizes and leads cross-functional project teams in development of dashboards and implementation of various analytic solutions through the program planning, design, build, validation, education, and roll-out life cycle.
Provides reports and escalates barriers to executive leadership on program status and project progress.
Directs the scope of projects, including customer priorities, resource needs, and successful execution.
Recommends and takes action in order to manage project risks and develop effective solutions to ensure the successful completion and implementation of project.
Manages all program and project communications, including preparing and/or delivering professional level written and verbal communications and/or presentations to project team members, program participants, and program sponsors.
Develop presentations and ad hoc dashboards or reports for System and Community Leadership including tables, charts, and graphs to present data stories in a format that is both useful and understandable and assists leaders and teams to make data driven decisions.
Facilitates appropriate level of prioritization and governance for the Clinical Analytics portfolio of work and develops roadmaps for implementation.
Serves as a mentor to other analytic program managers and team members.

What You Bring:
Education
Bachelors Degree Required: Analytics. Bachelors degree in Healthcare or related field and
Masters Degree Preferred: or a combination of education and professional experience that provides the incumbent with the requisite knowledge, skills and ability to successfully perform the job.
Experience
Minimum of 7 years Required: Analytic project/program management, change management, or equivalent education/experience. and
Minimum of 5 years Required: Management experience. and
: Knowledge of measure development and data visualization tools.
Credentials
Preferred: Project Management Professional Certification or
Preferred: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
