Clearance:Active DoD Secret Clearance
Work Schedule:Fulltime Onsite M-F
Role Overview:
The Computer Systems Analyst supports the JID-TC responsibilities at Fort Liberty, NC, as the JCS proponent for the Joint Tactical Operations (JTO) Interface Training Program, with the objective of ensuring that operational forces can exploit the full capability of JTO Interface Systems. Support covers the full range of functions required to plan, develop, coordinate and manage the JTO training program to include courseware development and world-wide formal academic training and joint exercise support to support joint, allied and coalition air and ground forces in the employment of JTO Interface capabilities. Annually conduct approximately 30 Joint/U.S. Training Courses (CONUS and OCONUS) producing approximately 2000 graduates, and 30 Allied Training Courses (OCONUS) producing approximately 500 graduates for 10 allied nations.

Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
Specific Skillset
Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware
Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues
Updating virus protection software to keep data and communications protected
Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on demand or from inspection of the systems
SharePoint development
Web development: HTML, CSS, SQL
Problem management and critical and strategic thinking abilities
Client management, particularly in the areas of data flow and migration
Reviewing website interface and software stability.
Requirements
Education & Certifications
Associate’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
Must have CompTIA Security Certification.
Experience Requirements
4 or more years of related experience in an IT support organization with 100 users and technical experience within systems administration.
Prior experience working as a SharePoint developer
Experience with Web development: HTML, CSS, SQL
