Hiring Mechanical Assembler

1st Shift Paying $23/hr.

Job Description

Mechanical Assembly of various products used in the aerospace, automotive and actuator industry.

Job Responsibilities:

– Understanding and following procedures, work instructions, specifications and other requirements.

– Following quality requirements/ quality assurance standards, processes, and controls and identifying and communicating occurrences of non-compliance / non-conformance.

– Participating in process and quality improvement activities.

– Comfortable using hands held power tools, manufacturing machines and test equipment to perform product assembly.

– Visual inspection of finished products.

– Cross-Train in multiple departments as needed

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Environment

Very clean facility located in Chanhassen, MN. Facility is well lit and temperature controlled year-round.

Break room allows access to purchase food/beverages and includes a large wrap-around patio with great views. Will have your own locker.

Training will be about 2-3 weeks and the schedule will be contingent on the trainer’s schedule.

Shift

1st Shift: 6am – 2:30pm M-F

or

7am – 3:30pm M-F.
