Job Title: Air Barrier/Commercial Roofing Waterproofing

Job Description

• Oversee and perform air barrier and waterproofing installation to ABAA standards.
• Oversee and perform installation of detail membrane and/or liquid applied detail membrane to ABAA standards.
• ABAA certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience operating airless sprayer.
• Experience using scaffolding and operating aerial lifts.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Work efficiently to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to coordinate work schedule with onsite superintendent.
• Review equipment and worksite daily to ensure everything meets OSHA standards.
• Document product usage daily and accurately.
• Overtime and travel as needed.
• Pay based on experience and performance.
