Registration Specialist

$2000 SIGN ON BONUS

Position: Registration Specialist – Buena Vista Health Center

Duties:

Provides superior customer service to patients, colleagues and visitors to
the facility. Performs detailed, accurate registration and scheduling of all
patients to assure smooth workflow and productivity for staff and providers
Maintains the integrity of the demographic information of the patient,
insured, guarantor and insurance company

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of related customer service skills in a healthcare environment or
other customer service -related industry .

Other Requirements:
All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful
completion of a criminal background check, reference checks, infection
prevention procedures TB test, Flu Shot, immunization records, negative
drug screen: (including medical marijuana), physical capacity profile
and acknowledgement of policies.

Wage: $16.96 – $21.32 per hour based on experience. Paid bi-weekly.

This position will be eligible for select benefits to include: 8% PRN
shift differential, night and weekend shift differential, employer
matching retirement plans, employee gym, and employee assistance program.

Shift: Full-time – 40 hours per week. Tuesday – Saturday. Weekend shift
differential will be granted.
