Relief Production Shift Supervisor- Paulden

Responsibilities:

– Cover time off for the Production shift supervisors.
– Investigate and identify production issues, make operational
decisions, and take corrective actions.
– Provide field supervision and coordination for the shift; ensuring
proper risk assessment, LOTOTO, and all other safety measures are
followed.
– Ensure consistent production of all cement, clinker, raw mix, and
solid fuels within established quality guidelines ensuring
appropriate actions and communications for any deviations.
– Ensure plant equipment is operated in compliance with federal,
state, and local regulations.
– Communicate significant issues to the appropriate department(s) and
the Production Coordinator as necessary when unexpected events
occur.
– Conduct process line inspections. Complete regulatory forms and
correct any defects.
– Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company Policies.
– Maintain accurate shift logs for all plant activities.
– Other duties as assigned.
