Pay Range: [[$72,000]] to [[$75,000]]
Full Time Seasonal Position – 11/01/2024 – 4/30/2025 (Estimated Seasonal Dates)
Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
Performs general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service and dining room facilities.
Must be able to reach with hands and arms for one-third to two-thirds or more of the designated shift.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.
Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.

Job Summary
As a General Manager of Restaurants, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests are provided with excellent service and our team members are upholding Levys hospitality standards.
Detailed Responsibilities
Maintaining positive guest relationships including obtaining regular feedback through table visits and executing show quality standards
Trains and conveys brand clarity through the menu, wine, and beverage knowledge
Promotes a positive work environment through hiring/selection of team members, maximizing productivity and morale through team member engagement, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels per business needs
Maintains state, federal and business compliance, including but not limited to responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety and sanitation standards, and client requirements
Engages in the financial goals of the operation with support from the General Manager
Employs good safety and sanitation practices
Follows and enforces responsible alcohol service policies
Executes required daily reporting in a timely manner
Executes inventory controls
Ensures team members adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook
Executes all menu requirements and fulfills all guest-specific service requests
Ensures all function setups and breakdowns are executed correctly, efficiently, and expeditiously
Holds team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service
Ensures team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobs
Uses all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members
Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
Conducts regularly scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team members
Interviews, hires, trains, and develops team members according to Levy guidelines
Displays a positive attitude towards team members
Other duties, as assigned
Job Requirements
5 years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
High level of computer literacy
Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

The purpose of this job is to manage the food service operation, maintaining established costs and quality standards so as to ensure superior service and maximize profits. To reach these goals, you will handle the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Formulates budgets and plans for the operation
Maintains and implements standards of quality in all areas of the foodservice operation
Ensures compliance with all regional and account programs and policies
Accountable for accurate reporting for the account
Preferred Qualifications:
BS degree preferred
Five years of foodservice management experience required
Higher Education experience in board and retail operations is required
Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is required
Strong leadership and communication skills
