Job Description:

Assign tasks to workers, maintain employee schedules, and interview and train new employees

Set up and operate CNC machines, ensure proper maintenance, and troubleshoot machine issues

Monitor the production process to ensure products meet specifications, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Identify ways to improve efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs

Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow

Address complaints and resolve problems, and respond to issues or emergencies promptly
