International Export Coordinator

Requisition Summary
This key role supports coordinates export transactions door to port for selected dealers, providing support to International Customer Service Agents on TCS case resolution related to forwarding process under PACCARs control, ensuring visibility, traceability, and uptime for dealer order sales. Ensures the correct and timely operation of the DSP Consolidation Program by reducing international transit times, guaranteeing high quality standards for international shipments are achieved.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Ensure shipments traceability and supplier/carrier accountability for shipments, processing infractions for suppliers that do not meet the International Shipping Guidelines
Solve mismatch Freight Forwarder entries Vs. invoiced material to ensure accuracy on Dealers shipments
Pre-alert shipments in transit to the Freight Forwarder, ensuring full shipment traceability and cargo identification to meet 90% accuracy on shipments to South America
Coordinate exports based on Freight Forwarder on hand material, ensuring optimal lead-time
Provide export documentation to Freight Forwarder to meet export compliance regulations
Work closely with PPD Logistics to ensure supplier/carrier accountability for damaged cargo, reducing the financial impact for PACCAR
Support TCS 365 cases related to Freight Forwarding operation
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Required
1 yearof experience in export shipping, customer service or transportation
Fluent in Spanish
Strong PC capabilities
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Good organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize
Experience with TCS 365 or other CRM experience desired
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders proper service to our international dealers
Motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Six Sigma experience desired
Formal trainingby international forwarders or government agencies desired

Salary Range:
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $65,500 – $89,760 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
