A Glimpse at the Schedule: Monday to Friday: 2PM-6:15PM Rotating Saturdays: 8:45AM-12:15PM Dont forget the additional $5/hr for every Saturday shift. Core Responsibilities: Open new accounts and educate customers on our range of products and services. Seamlessly utilize customer interactions to introduce services that can enhance their experience. Manage and balance cash drawer. Address basic customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, while adhering to regulations and privacy policies. Demonstrate “Brilliant at the Basics” customer service skills and foster meaningful relationships.
