We are currently in the process of expanding our operations in
Caseyville with a $181 million dollar investment to add 7 new state of
the art production lines to our current 4 production lines.

With automated warehousing and robotics at the heart of this expansion,
the facility will be a Flagship of the Prepared Foods division. The
facility currently produces Jimmy Dean and Hillshire branded retail
products, and the expansion will further develop our capabilities.

SUMMARY:

This role entails the comprehensive oversight of the Warehouse
Management System (WMS) and Automated Storage and Retrieval System
(ASRS) operations at the Caseyville location. The incumbent assumes
singular accountability for authorizing each task within the ASRS
system, overseeing the activities of five automated cranes engaged in
material retrieval throughout the entirety of each shift.

All requisitions for materials from the production lines are channeled
through this position, where they must assess, modify, and grant
approval for the requests as deemed necessary. Additionally, the
individual is entrusted with the management of outbound shipments in
SAP, determining the opportune moment to transmit them to the ASRS WMS
for release and subsequent retrieval for loading outbound trucks.

The paramount significance of this position lies in its pivotal role
within the material flow across the entire plant. The incumbent bears
the responsibility of ensuring the precision of material selection,
including the correct material and designated batch for production use.
This position wields exclusive authority to amend or adjust requests
submitted to the ASRS for material, underscoring their integral
contribution to the seamless functioning of the plants logistical
processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Responsible for ensuring the correct products are pulled for
production, utilizing inventory processes such as FIFO.
– Responsible for creating daily schedule for outbound loads.
– Utilize SAP to generate outbound loads.
– Assist with ensuring inventory accuracy through regular cycle
counts.
– Assist with receiving inbounds.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

– Experience: 3 plus years Office or Logistics experience
required.

– Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word experience preferred, SAP
knowledge desired but not required.

– Travel: None.

– Supervisory Responsibilities: Leader in training, acting as a
back-up to the Shift Supervisor as needed.

– Must be able to make decisions quickly in a high-pace environment.

– Must reside in the United States.
