An industry leader in coating systems is looking for an R&D Paint Chemist to join their team! If you are interested in joining a company with a focus on innovation and personal development, this role is for you!

Pay: $60k-$90k (Depending on experience)

Schedule: 1 st shift

Type of Job: Direct Hire

Research and Development Paint Chemist daily tasks :

Responsible for product service and maintenance such as development of formulations, applications engineering, creation of color shades, and correction and reprocessing of defective batches.

Measuring color samples, maintenance and calibration of measuring instruments.

Assisting with customer requestions, training staff members, and general admin tasks

Reviewing and initiating technical data sheets.

Research and Development Paint Chemist Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Chemistry/Chemical Engineering)

2 years of Paint Industry experience

SAP and Microsoft Office experience preferred
