Job Description
Perform hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, and painting operations to established standards. The process is easily repeatable, requiring minimal troubleshooting and adjustment to complete assigned tasks. Follow pre-established guidelines, procedures, plans, and priorities as set by the supervisor. Understand continuous improvement opportunities of paint processes. Maintain paint equipment in good operating order. Train in the paint booth to learn powder coat painting.

This is a fully on-site position in Anoka, Minnesota.
Work Environment
This is a manufacturing facility and is not air-conditioned, which means it can get hot in the summer. The facility has very nice lighting with skylights and high ceilings. It is a spacious and team-oriented work environment. Paint suits are air-conditioned, making this the nicest position to be in during hot summer days.
