Key Responsibilities
A Painter is responsible for completing the following duties:

– Surface Preparation: Sand spatter and rust, wipe down steel to remove oils and cutting fluids.
– Painting Process: Apply paint to completed production jobs and sub-assemblies.
– Equipment and Maintenance: Mix paint properly, use correct paint equipment settings and adjustments, and perform daily maintenance routines on paint equipment.
– Quality Control: Identify and mask areas not to be painted, utilize proper paint application techniques, inspect paint jobs for quality issues like runs and missed areas.
– Documentation: Maintain paint booth and complete necessary paperwork.

Shift: 6:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
